The buildings themselves are only 2.5:1 to 3:1 or something like that, aren't they?

Had the entire development been at least 3:1 that would have sat better with me. The whole point behind the 2:1 was to make a political statement illustrating that Victoria can achieve the triple bottom line at low site-wide densities (and with buildings in the 3:1 density range). Obviously the issues with the affordable units and the cost of market units proves otherwise. Furthermore, as the development continues to build out watch as the prices of units skyrocket irrespective of local trade conditions or average housing values.
