Yeah, even growing up (pre-Rivercenter) I remember walking to the Woolworths and the Kress, passing the Alfonsos across from the Dillards, Pizza Hut, Time-Out, Burger King on the way. I remember the big deal over the names on the bricks, then the next 15 years were like a blur. Boy things surely are different on Alamo & Houston.
