The last I see of a restaurant at the address (the archives I have access to only go to 1995) comes on December 2, 1989, when the "Cache Restaurant" is being closed for a couple of days by the County Department of Health Services for "vermin infestation; unsanitary equipment." The location (and restaurant sign) are still there - Rockaway Records has the building. (sorry - no GSV photo - just Google the address...)
