He was well aware of Greg's ambitious plan and contrary to the article about number of units, he said Greg was going to build 17 units. My father said he would buy one of them only if the price is right. I encouraged him to do so because the location was perfect for him to enjoy viewing Bay of Islands especially Woods Island where he was born and grew up.
I can tell you that Greg is a smart and astute businessman who is capable of making things possible in his favor.
