Two summers ago when they first began looking for locations/he had his art department coordinator, Carol Kiefer, contact several of us here for help in finding locations.

When I first saw the trailer with City Hall prominently featured, this thread was the first thing that came to mind. I'm eager to see it on DVD or cable for the visuals, if not the plot.
