Interesting about NYC's office space development...........I don't get it. NYC's major users are the ones cutting back. So who is going to take up the new space coming online? It will be interesting to watch it unfold.
If you ever find out how many housing units, let me know. I suspect its a level of production that NYC hasn't seen for quite some time.
RE Hap 5, I suspect it will look good when its finished but truthfully, I think it could go either way.
