The building under construction at 616 St Paul Avenue became the Hotel Victor (below). I also posted some circa 1972 images of St Paul Avenue in post #27060. They're screengrabs from the movie 'Hickey & Boggs', and while centered on the Brownleigh/Brown Leigh Apartments, you can see the front of the Victor in the background.
