I have seen that renovated building and have gotten coffee at Veritas a few times...a great coffee shop. The possibilites are pretty exciting for the Veterans Neighborhood and accross the river in Garden City. The GC side being along the river needs to be attractive, upscale, arty, not the state it is currently in.

Does anybody know why there are some small un-upgraded areas of Vetarans State Park? The state ran out of $$ to complete it back in the day?
