To regular and long time readers of the Mountain West SSP sub-section:
This neighborhood is prime urban-renewal real estate. In the last year, or so, most of the area has been the subject of an expensive and exhaustive urban planning study conducted by the HDR consulting firm in conjunction with the City of Boise and the Ada County Highway District.
