I finally caught up with one of the owners. He is hoping to breakground in September. The idea is to build phase 1 this fall and build just the shell of phase 2 next summer. They are 60% pre-leased on the first phase. It seems they have other projects that are competing for their time right now and there is a chance this will be pushed into next spring, at which point they would build both phases simultaneously.
