No doubt there are tons of amazing places for urban photography all over this region, photoLith. Philly is sublime for photography, and Baltimore is as well (just be sure to tour around with someone who's very familiar with the area!), and of course NYC... Cleveland has some great areas as well, I'd recommend a MayDay tour for that specifically!
