I've been on that bridge... it's railfan central, packed with balding bespectacled men carrying huge cameras.
It's a cool bridge, and I love the re-use of an older structure, but the fact that one end is in a private building is a point against it, since you can't use the bridge outside of Union Station's operating hours.
