It's still supposed to happen, but the city is putting zero money towards it. They've picked a vendor, and it's supposed to follow the ABC's bike share plan, but they need a sponsor to pay for it. There's rumors Coca-Cola might fully sponsor it and call it "Dasani Atlanta Bike Share." They're also testing a few types of bikes, including some with electric assist and some that have integrated GPS and locks so there wouldn't be docking stations. But again, there's no funding yet.
