The caption reads "Standing in the almost deserted 'Little Tokyo' Mrs. Jack Iwata surveys a typical sign for sale of an unneeded incendiary bomb spray gun in the rush to close out stock before evacuation." I know where this is located, this also begs for a before and after photo comparison.

Boarding buses for Santa Anita racetrack, 1942. The stables at Santa Anita were converted into temporary barracks to house the Japanese before being sent to Manzanar and the other relocation camps.
