The Chapman Park Hotel was built in 1925. In 1936, architect Carleton Monroe Winslow collaborated with landscape architects Bashford and Barlow on the Spanish-Colonial Revival/Mexican bungalows and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Gaylord Wilshire can you clear up the Chapman Park Hotel information? A lot of sites list the hotel as being built in 1936.
