I also don't understand why the lot is there if the development is going to include a five story parking garage. Also, Fairview District? It's Montrose, they should keep it that way. "Fairview at Montrose" works fine but unless they plan on working on all of Fairview Street, I don't get the name. I'm being nitpicky but that's one of my favorite neighborhoods in Houston. I don't want to see it cheapened by rebranding or parking lots with more square footage than the building they're meant to support
