Such great news on the new hotel flag and restaurant. I'm not sure what the loan situation is, but I've got to think one of the near-term benefits/goals of this huge announcement is just to have a stable situation in terms of the condo sales (we've seen the reports of large unit buyer lawsuits to back out, etc). Then, be well-positioned to pick momentum back up on that front once we're on the other side of the pandemic and the economy has firmer footing with much less uncertainty. Hats off to Magellan here.
