They're not that picky about height; I've never had a building rejected for being improperly scaled, and I'm guessing most of the time. If you do decide to submit buildings though, I would be worried about your use of the built in sketchup textures. Google prefers using actual photos for the textures, it results in simpler models.

With that said, you models look pretty good

Well it's only the texture free ones that I would add. The others are entirerly fictional.
