According to the permit filing, the project will include:
51 story towers (2), with a 471 foot height
1,042 residential apartment units
1,422,969 total square feet
$249,020,000 construction cost
5,516 square feet ground floor retail
The construction permit was filed December 20, and is in review.
A spokesperson for Melo told The Real Deal that they hope to break ground by 2020.
