Following up on the sprawl discussion, my question is about the water supply for the area municipalities.
I know that water is a big topic in discussion about California growth, and parts of even the wettest states like Florida have watering restrictions during times of drought. How adequate is the water supply in San Antonio and the Hill Country (and Austin, for that matter) to handle significant growth ?
