I've ridden the bi-level NJT cars. There's not a huge difference in height since the lower level actually sits below the seating level of a one level train. The article also mentioned that Hundai-Rotem is making coaches for Denver. I presume that these cars are being made in South Philly as well? If so, that's nice to see manufacturing happening here in the city again.
