UPDATE: I've found the advert below in a 1946 issue of 'The Californian' on
archive.org. It gives the address of Adele California as 2615 South Hill Street, so that would make Versatogs' address 2609 South Hill Street.

Here are the buildings today. The building at 2621 South Hill Street (just off the left of the picture below) shares the design of these two.
