I found this in an old file of mine, originally from eBay.
I was hoping to find out the location of this home (to see if it's still standing), but I can't quite make out the family name. Schurig? Schuring? Schurugs? Schunig?
Here's the largest scan. -maybe someone with super vision can make out the street number on the porch.
