HC stays govt stays the govt order on reducing the FAR in Kochi.
"Kerala High Court today directed the government to pass fresh orders within three months on the request regarding the applicablity of the provisions relating to the Floor Area Ratio (FAR) in Kerala Municipality Building rules 1999 for Kochi city."
The old Floor Area Ratio prevails.
