In the photo I posted, the bus is on Beverly and the crossing street is Rampart. The ridge of Tommy's roof runs parallel to Rampart. This is unless someone moved the little building. So many mysteries.

Let's take a look down the street:
The other houses match up, with the houses in between replaced by apartments. The white house doesn't match with any of the other houses in your photo except the first house by the lot on the corner.
