This is an awesome project. Really really hoping this all comes together and this old girl can be saved.
Just to be nitpicky though since that's my personality, there's something that bothers me about the fact this is being shown as moored parallel to the river. It just doesn't look right. As most will know that is not how ships we're docked or moored at the piers and I think this project would look better if it looked like a pier form with a perpendicular mooring.
