2) Re the floorplate size point, it is interesting that 300 N LaSalle went with (if memory serves) two tower cranes (although to be sure they were not as large/high capacity as the base of the RiverPoint crane indicates it will be) and typical floorplate there is I believe at most about the same as RiverPoint's, and I think even a little smaller....
