Going by the 1960 CD, it's Manning's Coffee Cafe at 319 W 5th Street.
From the left we have 333 W 5th Charles Diamond Co, 331 W 5th Kennedy's Card Shop, and 329 W 5th Hollinger & Berke optometrists.
