The Brownstones will be the first large-scale, mixed-use development in downtown Baton Rouge and will occupy almost half a city block bound by Laurel, Fifth and Main Streets. As currently planned, The Brownstones will be comprised of 60 new urban residential units, 30,000 sf of Class “A” office space and 10,000 sf of retail and underground parking for over 100 cars.
