São Paulo´s excellent urban planning offers a giant park and modern highways with high density and low density residential only or commercial and residential mixed with, with a mild climate that never goes below freezing point and when the temperature reaches 30 degrees Celsius or slightly more it generally starts raining (heavily): very mild for humans.





São Paulo this time in Tokyo style!!! Fair since the metro is the largest Japan community outside Japan (obviously).
