New downtown apartments headed to 7th & Broadway

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Over 100 new apartments are set to be added in downtown Cincinnati.
A preliminary approval was given on Friday to add a seven story building above the eight story garage located at 7th Street and Broadway, coined the '7th & Broadway Overbuild'.
111 new apartments are planned for the location.
The project still needs to receive final approval from the Urban Design Review Board.

This building was first proposed in 2003, but was not fully built. The parking garage base was completed in 2003, and another 3 floors of parking was added in 2010. Here is the original drawing:
