I didn't take into consideration that Spring Street was at a higher elevation than Main Street.

ER, Great shots of the Federal Building. Today I only know it as the United States Courthouse, since there are two other Federal buildings to the east of it now. But it says "And Post Office" so I'm going to have to do a little more research on that.
