Yeah, very sad, but nothing is gonna stop someone from jumping if they want to. From that height, not even the water feature would be safe. But it happens, and happens more often than people realize, unless you read the news. Bridges, buildings, many things to jump off of if you are so inclined to. You can't foolproof everything because people can harm themselves anywhere. Accidents happen as well, like the time someone fell at the WTC Path oculus trying to catch a hat. But the top level of the mall at the Hudson Yards overlooking the great room is far more scarier than the top of this thing.
