I don't have a problem with tall or dense buildings, remember Austin will never look the same even though many people miss the old days in the respect to the Capital or UT tower being viewed from areas that you cant see them now. The issue is location, location, location. You would not expect a huge tower in that part of downtown, it wouldn't make sense. I also doubt anybody would try to build a tall tower in that area anyways. But I say bring on even taller buildings in the future in the right areas of Downtown. Would love us to beat out Houston in height and have a 1000+ footer
