I think a variety in height is good for the skyline, they can't all be the tallest. Also, I don't think a few hundred more feet is an issue with this one because it isn't a "profile" tower. I wouldn't turn down any extra height here, but the Tower Verre is a tower that needs that extra couple of hundred feet because the profile of the tower is part of what makes it so special for the skyline.
