Somehow I missed that rendering on HAIF. That is a bigger development that I thought. It's almost more of a high rise than a mid rise, not sure what the official cut-off is to be called one or the other. It's going to definitely stand out as a tall building. Also there is starting to be some serious density in that immediate area. Assuming COVID doesn't cause cities to be emptied out forever or some other doomsday scenario, I suspect that one day Midtown could leap over West Campus in Austin to become the most urban in Texas, IMO.
