A rendering of the new building planned at 501 Myrtle Avenue has been posted on the construction fence. The new project replaces a one-story building which housed Sapolo restaurant at the corner of Myrtle Avenue and Ryerson Street.
Once completed, the ground floor will house an 1,800 square foot commercial space, with ten apartments spread across the upper-floors. The building was designed by Raymond Chan Architect.
