The Exact moment of Greatest Totality in Toronto and Montreal is separated by 8 minutes, the straight distance between the two cities is roughly 303 miles or 513 km...
so to keep up with the Moon's shadow...
you'd have to travel 300 miles in 8 minutes or at over 2100 mph. That's a fighter jet at full throttle.
Debating where is best spot to see it in terms of weather. Clarity of sky.
Niagara Falls clearer or Montreal ? Which spot is sunnier ? Kingston? Toronto Island ?
Trying to find a spot between Montreal and Windsor that offers best chance of a Clear sky. any info appreciated...
