It's far more done than in that pic. Anyone know anything about this? Sorry for the derail but we'll keep it short. This building is just sitting there, 90% finished but no one working on it. For months now. The reason it looks so bad is when you drive by it you can just tell it is just about done, completely topped out, but completely stalled. Never seen anything like a project that completely stalled 90% of the way to the finish line.
