PhxSprawler, I'm from Los Angeles and ten years, or even seven years ago I would have had to agree with you. However, that is not the case anymore. Billions upon Billions of dollars are pouring into the downtown area. Huge projects from multi-nationals are being added an atonishing rate. The Los Angeles of today is changing dramatically. The downtowns of L.A. and Salt Lake will both be phenomenal five years from now.
