Quoting from the same page (about five back) and if you're still there, I have halfway-thru-2015 Tijuana numbers;
The Zona Metropolitana de Tijuana after 6 months was at 329 (658). Population: 1,938,597. Rate of: 16.97 (33.94).

Used the same YTD and annualized tactic as before. The Baja state government numbers were at 11 months when I last checked I haven't compiled them yet.
