Yes, depending on who you talk to, either the MH35 Group is proceeding on this in a cavalier manner without due consultation with the library board
or the library board has been avoiding any contact with MH35 at all costs (in order to avoid appearing complicit in what they consider being a travesty).
The truth probably lies somewhere in the middle.
In any event, it's safe to say that MH35 and the library board do not see eye to eye on this project........
