On one block you can have something from the 20's and right next door, something built in 2014. Who ever studies architecture from a book is a fool. For the price of a path ticket, and a desire to walk, architecture could be studied just by walking here. A world class education.

That's what I was thinking as well. It's a national treasure of skyscrapers, past and present, and is only getting better.

There are people growing up now who will only know this version of the WTC, this version of the skyline, and the one in the making.
