It's been awhile since I posted the parade pic. I was beginning to think we weren't going to figure this one out.
I believe your mountain ridges match up perfectly.
I wonder if the open area behind the many carriages could possibly be Brookside Park.
(OK. I looked at the old sepia again. I don't think it's anywhere near Brookside Park)
Brookside is near the interchange you mentioned (just a bit north and to the left). The mountains would appear the same there as well.
