Woah just noticed the new pics and thanks for sharing. Is the Gateway part apart of Downtown proper - i never thought it to be. gotta say SLC isn't the first place i'd think as vibrant but no it looks full of life. on top of that it looks like it is in a RUM (rapid urbanization movement). the sheer construction is just amazing ... edmonton had more low rise construction rather than high rise except for in the university but now we're getting a few more towers to change our skyline for the first time in what 20 yrs (last major tower before 2006 was in 1990).i hope to visit the city in the near future it looks like an interesting one. The gateway shopping place though to me just looks too much like an outdoor mall. good Photos!
