Mosaique Southam was developped by Groupe Pacific which was heavily hit by the housing crisis in the US has they are heavy on property in Florida. They built this phase heavy on the cheap. This the new building on de la Gauchetiere.

The project was taken over by Groupe Olymbec which started Southam Lofts which is the actual reconversion of the former Southam building on Bleury.

400 Dowd is also by Groupe Olymbec. I don't think you can really call it Southam III because I don't think they will be sharing services.
