See Chicago spire due to the housing bubble and the Great Recession of late 07-08 and it took like 5 years to recover enough to go into another building boom. Even Waterview tower from Tang got a massive haircut.
I fear this could even be worse than the last Great Recession.
I just hope not.

Yea, probably for the best though (the lockdown I mean). I'm most worried about One Chicago since it's my favorite, I'm still not fully convinced that 1000M will ever ascend skyward to its full height.
