I guess the mixed use nature complicates things. However, notwithstanding the NF Hilton's caginess regarding the actual building height, it does appear that this JW Marriott will be taller (198m vs 160-170m for NF).
So if nothing else the JW Marriott will likely have bragging rights for Canada's highest hotel rooms!
