Did you see a separate bridge at the meeting, or just in the Block Club article? There are so many different site plans and renderings floating around now, it's hard to keep track.
I thought the most recent site plan did NOT have a separate bridge for the 606. The existing Z6 swing railroad bridge will be locked in the open position and will eventually be reused for the east side trail. This is the current map on the LY website:
