I'm going to go with Vista, because it's more visually striking, pushes the envelope on design, and will be transformative for Lakeshore East. The connection between the Riverwalk and the Park at Lakeshore East will be game changer IMO. It will open up the neighborhood and will dramatically improve the pedestrian experience, which as someone who doesn't drive I definitely appreciate. While yes One Chicago should spur more development in its area, Vista will have a more immediate effect upon completion and will connect an area of the city which at the moment is very secluded. It also provides a great deal of architectural interest to an area that's pretty bland (talking about the shorter buildings in Lakeshore East and the absolute crap across the river).
